Community Services Advisory Committee
Council passed C-1342-24 Community Services Advisory Committee Bylaw establishing the Community Services Advisory Committee (CSAC) to provide advice and recommendations to Council and Administration on a range of community safety, recreation, culture and social issues impacting the City.
Who is involved?
Members are appointed for a one, two, or three-year term and may serve up to a maximum of six years. The committee is comprised of:
- No less than seven and up to nine Spruce Grove residents;
- a youth member (Spruce Grove resident) between 16 and 24 years of age*; and
- one appointed councillor, and one alternate councillor
* Please note although a youth member may be between 16 and 24, individuals between 18 and 24 may serve as the youth member or as a regular member.
The committee members will be recruited during the Board and Committee Recruitment process taking place in the Fall of 2024.
