Council passed C-1342-24 Community Services Advisory Committee Bylaw establishing the Community Services Advisory Committee (CSAC) to provide advice and recommendations to Council and Administration on a range of community safety, recreation, culture and social issues impacting the City.

Who is involved?

The Committee is comprised of the following members:

Recruitment for vacancies on the Committee takes place during the annual Board and Committee Recruitment process which occurs in the Fall. Please watch the Board and Committee webpage for application details. 

Schedule

CSAC meets in the Poplar Room (3rd floor) at City Hall. Meetings begin at 6 p.m.

How do I attend the CSAC meetings?

To attend CSAC meetings, members of the public come to the front doors and enter City Hall. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor, then turn right and the Poplar Room will be on the right hand side of the hallway. 

How do I present as a Delegation at CSAC meetings?

To present at a CSAC meeting as a Delegation, members of the public are required to register two weeks before a scheduled CSAC meeting by email or calling 780-962-7615.
