Council passed C-1342-24 - Community Services Advisory Committee Bylaw establishing the Community Services Advisory Committee (CSAC) to provide advice and recommendations to Council and Administration on a range of community safety, recreation, culture and social issues impacting the City.

At the start of every year, CSAC prepares an annual work plan which is presented to City Council for approval. The work plan encompasses the issues that CSAC will work on during the year and subsequently report to Council. Please see the draft 2025 CSAC Work Plan.

How do I attend the CSAC meetings?

To attend CSAC meetings, members of the public come to the front doors and enter City Hall. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor, then turn right and the Poplar Room will be on the right hand side of the hallway. 

How do I present as a Delegation at CSAC meetings?

To present at a CSAC meeting as a Delegation, members of the public are required to register two weeks before a scheduled CSAC meeting by email or calling 780-962-7615.
