Please note that any remaining unpaid property taxes after June 30 of the year they’re levied are subject to a 4.5 per cent non-compounding penalty, applied on the first day of July, September and November. All unpaid taxes after December 31 of the year they are levied are subject to a 7 per cent compounding penalty applied on the first day of January and March.
