A City of Spruce Grove Online Services account allows customers to:

• View all City of Spruce Grove accounts registered in their name, including property tax and utility accounts
• View account balances
• Sign up for utility e-billing
• Register for utility auto-withdrawal payments
• Purchase a property tax certificate

Register for an Online Services account

To register for an Online Services account, you will need your Customer Number and Web Access Code, which can be found on your utility bill. If you don’t have a copy of your utility bill, you can also get this information by calling 780-962-7597 or send email.

You can follow along with our video tutorial to register for an Online Services account, or follow the steps below:

Enter your Customer Number and Web Access Code on the registration screen. You will be asked to choose a user name, which will be confirmed in an email to the address you provided during the registration process. You will then be issued a temporary password that will be emailed to you. If you do not receive your password by email, please call us at 780-962-7597.

Sign in to Online Services

Once you receive your password in your email, you can activate your account and sign in to Online Services.

Online Services is optimally displayed in the PC environment with Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 4.0 or higher. It is best viewed on 1024 x 768 pixels and higher monitor resolution.
