• The lessee shall be at liberty to terminate the rental agreement for any reason with notice of cancellation in writing supplied to the Recreation & Culture Department no later than 14 calendar days prior to the date of use.
• Amendments which are a reduction in original time booked would fall under the cancellation policy for reimbursement.
• Upon receipt of the 14 days’ notice of cancellation, the City of Spruce Grove shall reimburse the rental fee.
• Should the lessee fail to provide 14 days’ notice of cancellation, the Recreation & Culture Department will retain or charge the entire facility rental fee.
• The City shall be at liberty to terminate the rental agreement for any extenuating circumstance. Notice of cancellation in writing will be supplied to the lessee.
• Additional time requests are subject to approval based on staff availability.
