BPAC - Jen-Col Room

Multi-purpose room designed for community programming, meeting space and private rentals. It is a bright, large multipurpose room perfect for activities such as active play, spacious meetings and coaching clinics. This room also provides an opportunity to open to the Zender Ford multipurpose room, allowing a double room booking for larger gatherings.

Amenities include south-facing windows, sink, counter space, phone, and close access to Fuhr Sports Park fields.

Wi-fi is available. A/V equipment is not available in this room.

1st Floor, Border Paving Athletic Centre

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, the following safety protocols are in place:

• Wearing a face covering or mask is required in all publicly accessible indoor areas of the facility, as this is now a requirement in all indoor City facilities. At the Border Paving Athletic Centre, this includes the lobby, ARPI’s North Rec Hub, washrooms, hallways, stairwell, and spectator areas.
• There will be a reduced number of times available for booking to allow for appropriate room cleaning between all rentals/users.
• Rooms will have a reduced capacity in order to maintain physical distancing.
• Rooms will only be available 10 minutes prior to use and participants must leave 10 minutes after the rental is over.
• Participants in any activity in a rented room are encouraged to arrive prepared. Washrooms are not available to be used as change rooms.
• Renters will be required to follow all guidelines released by the Government of Alberta, including physical distancing requirements, activities, wellness checks and maintaining an attendance log to assist with contact tracing.

Additional notes include:

• The lessee must sign in and out at the Recreation Services Office on the 2nd floor.
• Any set-up requirements are to be confirmed at time of booking. (room set-up, AV equipment, flip charts).
• Liquor can not be served in this facility.
• This facility is air conditioned.
