Starting January 2024, the Arc card will become the simplest and most efficient way to pay for your trips on Spruce Grove Transit as we say goodbye to paper tickets and passes.

All you need is the Arc card in your wallet to explore Spruce Grove and its surrounding areas. No more fumbling around with paper tickets and passes – just tap your Arc card and hop on board!

The last day to purchase paper tickets, including the 10-ticket booklets, will be November 19, 2023, and they must be used by December 31, 2023. Any tickets not used by December 31, 2023, will be invalid and no longer able to be used.

Monthly paper passes will continue to be sold for December 2023 and be available to purchase into early December.

For those of you who occasionally ride the bus, we've got you covered! You can still pay with cash or purchase single-use Arc tickets at the Border Paving Athletic Centre.

This change applies to all our riders, whether you use the commuter transit service or the on-demand local transit.

With the Arc card, you're in control. Sign up, check your balance, and add money to your Arc account whenever and wherever you like. You can do it online or by phone (1-888-302-0001).
