With the arrival of cooler temperatures, the City’s 2024 construction season is officially wrapping up. This year construction work focused on 10 key projects and invested $22.45 million to help improve infrastructure in the community. Construction projects in 2024 included roadway resurfacing, stormwater facility upgrades, sidewalk and curb redevelopment, intersection upgrades, watermain rehabilitation and much more.

Key infrastructure projects in 2024 included:

• A new water fill building that will connect to the upgraded Commission watermain line
• Ongoing Re-imagined Central Park construction work
• Upgrades to the Harvest Ridge stormwater facility
