Last night City Council was presented with the 2023 Q3 Quarterly Report, which provides an update on key strategic, operational and financial results for July, August and September 2023.

Highlights in the report include statistics and financial data, summer programming and event updates, alongside community development, outreach services, and environmental initiatives aligned with City Council's 2022-2025 Strategic Plan. A noteworthy effort in this quarter was supporting individuals who may face barriers to well-being through the City’s community outreach plan and making transit more accessible through the Low Income Transit Pass Program.

The Q3 Quarterly Report also includes a capital project summary that consolidates capital projects into one report for transparency, clearer communication, and ease of reference. 

Subsequently, statistics have been updated on the City’s online Reporting Dashboard, which has been enhanced to include indicator arrows to visually signal trends. Additionally, information about the residential vs. non-residential property assessment split has been added to the dashboard.
