Check out the City’s Q3 Quarterly Report
Last night City Council was presented with the 2024 Q3 Quarterly Report, which contains key strategic, operational and financial results for July, August and September 2024.
Highlights from the Q3 report include statistics and financial information, summer program updates, progress on the Heavy Metal Place project, and other work aligned with City Council’s 2022-2025 Strategic Plan.
The report also includes community participation figures for City-hosted and supported events in Q3 including Canada Day, Grove Gatherings, Alberta Day and Agra Fair. Besides programs and events, there were many other fun outdoor activities residents could enjoy, including checking out the Joint Trail Connection between Spruce Grove and Stony Plain, trying out their horseshoe throwing skills at the new horseshoe pit and cooling off at the REMAX Spray Park.
The Q3 report also recaps the initial update of the urban hen keeping pilot program and the implementation of the Community Standards Bylaw.
Quarterly reports provide Council and the community an update on the activities of the City of Spruce Grove, services provided to the community, trending data and insight into the work being undertaken related to the themes in Councils 2022-2025 Strategic Plan.
Data from the third quarter was added to the City’s Reporting Dashboard last month.
