Starting March 20, 2025, all new building construction will now require a separate Water and Sewer Service Connection Permit.

The Water and Sewer Service Connection Permit must now be applied for independent to the Building Permit application. This permit is a mandatory requirement for the building inspection process.

Other permits required for the building construction process include a development permit, lot grading permit, and building permit.
