The schedule for Regular Council and Governance and Priorities Committee (GPC) meetings has been amended to incorporate additional Regular Council meetings on the same dates as the GPC meetings.

This approach, which was approved during the February 24, 2025, Regular Council meeting, will help evenly distribute the number of agenda items between meeting dates each month and accommodate an increasing number of Land Use Bylaw amendments.

Under the amended schedule, Regular Council meetings will precede GPC meetings on the following dates in 2025:

• Monday, March 17
• Tuesday, April 22
• Tuesday, May 20
• Monday, June 16
• Monday, August 18
• Monday, September 8
