Access your December utility bill through Online Services
Mail service is currently disrupted due to the Canada Post strike, so the City is asking residents to access their December utility bills through Online Services. If you already have an Online Services account and have registered for e-billing, you will not be impacted.
If you do not have an Online Services account, you can sign up easily by following the instructions on the City’s website, calling 780-962-7597 or emailing utinfo@sprucegrove.org. Accounts are available to those who have Spruce Grove utility accounts registered in their name.
With an account, you can view your utility bill, check your balance and sign up for e-billing.
If you do not have access to the internet, you can call 780-962-7597 to inquire about your balance, or stop by City Hall during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday) to get a copy of your bill.
Residents are also reminded that they are responsible for making utility bill payments on time. Payments can be made through pre-authorized payments, online banking or in person at your bank. Payments may also be dropped off at City Hall at 315 Jespersen Avenue (use the drop box to the left of the front doors after hours). Please refrain from sending anything to City by mail until postal services resume.
