The Community and Protective Services department is comprised of Community Social Development, Family and Community Support Services, Social Planning, Recreation and Culture, Enforcement Services, Fire and Emergency Medical Services, Parks Planning and the Safe City program.

We also work as the City’s liaison to the Spruce Grove Public Library, RCMP, TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre and Spruce Grove Specialized Transit Service.
