Awareness Lighting Requests

Awareness Lighting requests are based on criteria to ensure consideration and approval of Awareness Lighting is made in a consistent and transparent manner.

Awareness Lighting requests must:

  • be submitted in writing to the City Clerk’s Office email;
  • be received at least three weeks prior to the commencement date requested for Awareness Lighting, and
  • include the following:
    • name and mandate/purpose of the organization making the request
    • contact information
    • date(s) of the Awareness Lighting display
