The City of Spruce Grove is accepting applications for snow clearing and hauling for the 2023–2024 winter season.

Contractors can fill out a registration form and bring to City of Spruce Grove, Public Works. Please ensure all required documents are included with your application. 

Contractors must hold a current City of Spruce Grove or Tri-Municipal business license, WCB number, insurance, Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) or Certificate of Recognition (COR) and proof of Annual Safety Fitness Certificate for all pieces of equipment registered in their applications.

All applications are pending until all documents are reviewed, verified and approved. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

All equipment MUST meet the requirements of the City of Spruce Grove, specifically the side boards on trucks for snow hauling. A copy of the requirements for these side boards is enclosed within the application.
