Tri-Municipal Region Fall Info Night

Twice a year (Spring and Fall), the Tri Municipal Region partners host this exciting opportunity for community organizations and businesses to promote and demonstrate their:

  • recreation
  • sport
  • wellness
  • culture
  • art
  • heritage programs and related services within the Tri-Region! 

Organizations can use their table to provide information, accept registrations, recruit volunteers, and have fundraising sales related to their program or service. The event is free for the general public to attend.

A networking social for registered info night groups will be held from 5 - 5:45 p.m. (light refreshments will be provided) 

Registration

Registration may be made through the TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre (TLC). See details below. Registration deadline is Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 4 p.m.
 
Online:
New organizations/businesses:
  • If your business or organization has not attended this event before, please call 780-960-5080 to register.
In person: Register at the TLC’s reception desk using Visa, MasterCard, cheque, cash, or Interac.
By phone: Call 780-960-5080 and checkout using Visa or MasterCard.
By mail (must be received no later than August 15, 2024):
  • Print off and complete the registration form from the TLC’s event page
  • Enclose a cheque made payable to the ‘TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre’. 
  • Mail to the TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre at 221 Jennifer Heil Way, Spruce Grove, AB, T7X 4J5

Businesses that are attending must follow these guidelines and requirements:

  • If you have purchased a table/tables with power, you MUST bring your own 50 foot minimum GROUNDED extension cord and non-marking floor tape  (NO DUCT TAPE PLEASE).
  • Table placement and location will be determined by event coordinators.
  • Selling or fundraising related to your organization is permitted at your table. All sales and/or fundraising must be contained to the floor space allotted to your organization/business.
  • Complimentary WIFI is available in the facility.
  • Bring your table registration receipt on the day of the event to verify registration.

Please note that table setup is from 4 – 5:30 p.m. Doors open to the public at 6 p.m.
