Interested in volunteering?

We couldn't host these incredible community events without the support of our dedicated, passionate volunteers and we're always looking to add new faces to our team! There are plenty of opportunities available and volunteers might be asked to take on various roles including:

• Set up/tear down
• Vendor load in/load out
• Food and drink attendant
• Greeters
• Ushers
• Activity attendant
• Host teams
• Transportation
• Site management

Hosting an event?

Are you interested in hosting a community event in Spruce Grove? Please let us know! Permits or special permissions are required for some events. 

• Start by filling out the Application for Community Event form. We will contact you to determine what support can be provided and what the next steps are.
• If your event involves a request to close or otherwise affect a public road, you will also need to complete the Application for Road Closure form. (City parks and trails cannot be rented or reserved for exclusive use).
