Public Art

The City of Spruce Grove is proud to support and commission the creation of public art throughout the community. Several murals and art installations have been completed in recent years, which add to the beauty of our public spaces and bring people together to celebrate the heritage, history and values of our community. See our Public Art Policy and click on the map below to see photos and the stories behind our current public art pieces.

Call for Walls: Seeking sites for future public murals

Spruce Grove is launching an exciting Mural Program to beautify our city and celebrate our community through public art. We invite businesses and not-for-profits to submit their outdoor public-facing walls as potential sites for future murals. This initiative aims to enhance our public spaces, promote cultural expression, and create vibrant, engaging areas for everyone to enjoy. The deadline for submissions for 2025 projects is Sunday, Mar. 23. Learn more and submit your wall for consideration!
