Go Girl is an exciting, one-day event for girls, ages 11-18! This event is a regional collaboration with the goal to inspire teen girls to get active, have fun, and try something new! With a variety of activities to explore like yoga, gymnastics, taekwondo, and football — participants can discover what they love in a supportive and energetic environment. This event is all about confidence, connection, and movement, giving girls the chance to meet new friends and build healthy habits for life.

Please note, for youth wishing to participate, their legal caregiver / guardian must be the individual to complete the registration and sign the program waiver.

What you need to know

Make sure to keep these details in mind after registration has been completed:

• Pre-registration is required and walk-in registrations will not be permitted.
• Attendance is through registration only and a participant must be registered by their guardian / legal caregiver.
• There will be NO onsite registration available the day of the program.  
• Lunch and snack are provided.  Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
• Participants must bring clean indoor shoes, clothing that they can be comfortable and active in, and a water bottle.

Refund and transfer policy

The full registration fee will be refunded or applied to a transfer up to 14 days prior to the start date of your program. Within 14 days of the program start date, a refund will not be provided.  Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
