Gas Permits

gas permit application  and gas permit fee are required for residential and non-residential outlet installs, propane tank sets (new or replacement), temporary propane or natural gas heating (includes tank set), gas or propane cylinder refill centres, and replacement commercial or industrial appliances per unit.

Commercial plumbing permits must be applied for by a certified gas journeyman. All contractors applying for gas permits must have a valid licence for the City of Spruce Grove.

There is a three business day turnaround from when you apply until receiving your permit.
