City network systems outage – Oct. 13-14

A scheduled systems update will impact the City’s website, the Horizon Stage website, email, GIS system and Online Services, as well as the City’s telephone system, from Oct. 13-14. During this time, these systems will be unavailable to the public. Any calls to the City’s main telephone line (780-962-2611) or Enforcement Services (780-962-7586) will be re-directed to an answering service. Emergency services will not be impacted. In case of emergencies, residents are asked to call 9-1-1. Thank you for your patience.
