Updates & Cancellations

All City of Spruce of Spruce Grove Pick-up Sports Programs have been cancelled for the indefinite future.

Public skating has concluded for the 2019/20 season.

The City of Spruce Grove Recreation Services organizes pick-up sport programs throughout the year. Pick-up Sports programs are offered to adults and youth over 16 years of age, please check individual sports for age requirements. Pick-up sport programs are free of charge. Program updates or cancellations will be provided on this webpage. If you have any inquiries contact Recreation Services at 780-962-7579 or email.

Registration

The City requires registration for the pick-up sports programs before participating. Registration can be completed through the City's online registration system. Note: For Pick-up Volleyball and Pick-up Pickleball participants must register in the overarching program, as well as the monthly programs prior to participating. The monthly programs will open seven days prior to the start of the month.

Public skating

Indoor public skating takes place Monday through Friday from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Spruce Grove Agrena.

First date: October 1, 2019
Last date: March 13, 2020

Excluding: December 25th through January 1st

Helmets are mandatory for everyone taking part in Public Skating.
