Spruce Grove FCSS offers preventative programs for youth to support social connection, resiliency, and mental well-being. Because of the current situation with COVID-19 and based on guidelines from the Province of Alberta, please watch for announcements for future FCSS programs.

Virtual Programs for Youth

Youth in Spruce Grove are invited to participate in a variety of virtual programs to connect with us and other young people in the community. Kids Help Phone

Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7, national support service. They offer professional counseling, information and referrals, and volunteer-led, text-based support to young people in both English and French.
