The City of Spruce Grove Recreation Services organizes drop-in recreation programs throughout the year. These programs are offered to adults and youth over 16 years of age. Drop-in recreation programs are free of charge and are administered by volunteer coordinators. Program updates or cancellations are advertised on the City page in the Spruce Grove Examiner and on this web page. If you have any inquiries contact Recreation Services at 780-962-7579 or email.


The City requires registration for the drop-in recreation programs before participating. Registration can be completed through the City's online registration system. Note: During the online registration process you will be prompted to consent to a waiver (adults) or an informed consent form (16 & 17 yrs.) and a code of conduct.

 * Please note that some weekly instances of drop-in programs will be cancelled due to holidays or other bookings. Times are also subject to change. Please watch for notices at the top of this page, or get details on the program registration page.

Public skating

There is indoor public skating Monday through Friday from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Spruce Grove Agrena.
