It is City Council’s intention to hold a virtual public hearing as part of their consideration of Bylaw C-1159-21 Land Use Bylaw Amendment – Redistricting – Jesperdale Stage 8 and 10. This bylaw will redistrict 6.5 ha of land within Lot 1, Block 23, Plan 062 6301, from UR - Urban Reserve to R1 - Mixed Low to Medium Density Residential and P1 - Parks and Recreation District. The proposed R1 redistricting area would provide for the development of an additional residential stage in the Jesperdale neighbourhood and the proposed P1 area is to accommodate the existing stormwater management facility and a linear park.
The Public Hearing can be viewed online during our June 28 virtual council meeting.
If you or someone you represent is affected by the proposed bylaw, you may participate in the virtual council meeting to address City Council at the Public Hearing. Those wishing to speak to Council must pre-register with the City Clerk by Monday, June 28 at 12 p.m. by email, at email@example.com, or by telephone at 587-336-0387. The City Clerk will provide registered participants with information necessary to access the public hearing by virtual means.

Written submissions received by this date/time will be included as part of the council meeting agenda package and will be reviewed before oral representations are heard.
