It is the intention of Council to consider Bylaw C-1062-18, an amendment to the Pioneer Lands Area Structure Plan Bylaw C-686-08. The amendment proposes to swap the location of 0.82 hectares of future Medium to High Density Residential land use (move westward) with 0.82 hectares of Low to Medium Density Residential land use (move eastward), and to better identify on the Plan’s mapping the future Transit Station location currently planned in the area’s commercial lands.

Written submissions will be received by the City Clerk until noon on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. Written submissions received before the designated time will be reviewed before oral presentations are heard.
