It is the intention of Council to consider Bylaw C-1060-18, a bylaw to amend the City of Spruce Grove Land Use Bylaw C-824-12.
The purpose of Bylaw C-1042-18 is to amend the development regulations in Section 115 – R1 – Mixed Low to Medium Density Residential District to change the minimum width of a site to accommodate a single detached dwelling with alley access from 9.0 m to 8.5 m.
If you or someone you represent is affected by the proposed bylaws, you may address City Council at the public hearing.

Written submissions will be received by the City Clerk, 315 Jespersen Avenue, until noon on Wednesday, March 6, 2019. Written representations received before the designated time will be reviewed before oral presentations are heard.
Copies of the proposed bylaws are available from the Planning and Development Department, 414 King Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
