It is the intention of Council to consider Bylaw C-1060-18, a bylaw to amend the City of Spruce Grove Land Use Bylaw C-824-12.
The purpose of Bylaw C-1060-18 is to amend the development regulations in Section 115 – R1 – Mixed Low to Medium Density Residential District to change the minimum width of a site to accommodate a single detached dwelling with alley access from 9.0 m to 8.5 m.
If you or someone you represent is affected by the proposed bylaw(s), you may address City Council at this public hearing.
Written submissions will be received by the City Clerk until noon on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. Written submissions received before the designated time will be reviewed before oral presentations are heard.
